Advertising and delusion by cars

Television Ads for sports and recreation vehicles show solitary, impeccable machines in wilderness locations. One TV ad shows a couple making a mad dash to escape the city core in their expensive, luxury upholstered clone of the land-rover. The ads are selling a fantasy of wilderness, fresh air and escape. These vehicles are mostly found in suburban driveways and in the traffic jams of polluted cities. They have nowhere to go to escape the environmental degradation they help to create: 4x4 drives and large tires are rarely useful in cities and are not suited to highway driving. These machines, submerged in suburban driveways by the floods they helped to create. These Cars cause much more damage than is needed I believe you should not be aloud to own a 4x4 unless you live in the country there is no need for people in citys to have a 4x4. they are causing to much pollution to be of use to any body.

Cars polluting citys

Beijing has one of the highest pollution from cars in the whole world, when the Olympics were said to be there they knew that they would have more cars and therefore pollution than ever, their is a heavy smog over Beijing in the early hours of the morning.

During the Olympics a law was imposed that only let people with odd and even numbered number plates drive on certain day so one day people with odd number plates may be aloud drive on one day and the next the people with even plates could drive.
This is just one situation where a country with extremely high pollution has tried to cut its carbon dioxide emissions.

Their may be a more stylish solution to our cars enviroment problems than the smart car: This is a Honda hydrogen car, it only runs on hydrogen and emits only water.

Cars we should use

We would all like to drive cars like these but as we know these cars are first of all expensive and second of all they are unpractical because they let out alot of carbon dioxide and this is damaging the enviroment, so the need for switching to more enviromentally cars is becoming greater. We need more cars like this:
